Are you receiving food stamps you are eligible. Does the house need work on it. Call this number get an application for the weatherization prgm 757 858 1396. The is a program whether you rent or own. Have you contacted any service programs in your area. If you sons are working you can include their income on any loan application. Yes, There a hundreds of foreclosures unfortunately I wish I had good credit that would something I would take advantage of.
